Coming Together

Following the evacuation of the McDougald Terrace public housing complex in Durham, this group of residents gathered in prayer in the parking lot.  Look closely at their faces and postures and you may imagine the hopes and fears that they were experiencing.  The colors at the base of the figures represent the connection that they felt with each other as they faced uncertainty together.
