Major Virus
July 29, 2020
Durham, NC is known as the “Bull City” and at the center of town there is a statue named “Major Bull” which commemorates the city’s name. At the start of the pandemic in 2020 some clever citizens decorated the statue with the essentials for survival such as a mask and hand sanitizer. I thought it was a fitting symbol of our city under siege by the virus.
